Fill the camera frame with the shelf label. Keep the item name and price visible, hold the phone steady, then capture the image. Check the result before adding it to your cart.
On the Review screen, tap the item name or price and enter the correct value. Set the quantity, then tap Add to Cart. You can also use Add manually from the cart.
The scanning model needs an internet connection for its first download. After that, scanning, your current cart, and saved trip history work without a connection.
Connect to stable Wi-Fi, check that your phone has enough free storage, and try the download again. Keep CartSnap in the foreground while it downloads.
Open iPhone Settings, find CartSnap, and enable Camera access. Return to CartSnap and tap the camera button again.
Move closer, avoid glare, and keep other labels outside the frame. If the result is still wrong, correct it on the Review screen or add the item manually.
Wait for the scanning model to finish loading before taking another photo. Closing other memory-heavy apps and restarting CartSnap may help on older devices.
CartSnap stores trips and settings on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes its local data, including trip history and the downloaded model. This cannot be undone unless your device backup restores it.
